During class we had a photography induction with Scott, he taught us how to use the equipment.
Camera:
Manual focus- In the field of photography, a manual focus camera is one in which the user has to adjust the focus of the lens by hand.
Auto focus: This is when the camera lens automatically obtains focus on the subject. But this can also mean the difference between a sharp photo and a blurry one.
Fine focus: The camera will make a kind of bleeping noise, the means that it is set up and ready to take the shot.
Lights:
In photography lights are very important.Studio flash heads have several
advantages because they're powerful. due to the power this means you can control the lights. you can use umbrellas and soft boxes to diffuse the light and also soften shadows.moreover flash can freeze the action and give you the depth of field you need.
